We stayed for 2 nights en route from Cape Town to the Garden Route and loved it so much we went back for our last night in SA. 65onCliff exceeded all expectations, the location is superb with wonderful views over Walker Bay and the quality of accommodation is top notch 👌 Stewart and Will are brilliant hosts; friendly and helpful, happy to advise about the local area and make dinner reservations. Will is a wonderful cook, her breakfasts are just delicious. Whale watching from our balcony or upper patio was a highlight, we saw so many Momma whales with their calves in the bay along with dolphins and seals, all peacefully enjoying the bay often less that 20 metres from shore. Gansbaii is lovely, a little more low-key than Hermannus which we prefer. Stunning coastal walks with wonderful scenery and plenty of activities and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying at 65onacliff and hope to return next year.

we spent three nights in a little paradise, and it was truly wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Everything we could possibly need was there — and the view from the bed out onto the endless ocean was simply breathtaking. We were even lucky enough to spot whales! The morning skies and Walker Bay are indescribably beautiful. But the real highlight was the breakfast — and the two: Stewart and Willemien! Absolutely incredible! Thank you so much for the unforgettable breakfast experiences on the rooftop terrace.

Amazing views. Excellent location for whale watching right from your balcony. Delicious and beautifully presented breakfasts. Pool. Can do beautiful sea side/cliff top walks from 65onCliff. The view!!

An awesome little gem with breathtaking views of the ocean and at the time we were there, many whales to sea in the bay from our room. Willemien and Stewart are exceptional hosts, they have carefully considered the requirements of guests and there was much so attention to detail. The breakfasts prepared for us each morning were lavish and delicious.

What a great place! Spacious room, very nicely decorated and with everything you need. An enjoyable addition was a pretty set of candles which could be used at the balcony to create romantic atmosphere. Everything very clean, spotless sheets and towels. We felt completely spoiled. Breakfast was not only delicious but also looked like a piece of art. We had to leave early to the airport the second time so we got the best breakfast package we have ever had. A big thank you to the lovely, dedicated hosts. Our stay at 65oncliff was like cherry on a cake for our stay in South Africa. We hope to come back during the whale season!

Interesting down to earth hosts in a fantastic property, which was tastefully decorated. Perfect location for whale watching. The owners are serious about quality and everything they need to do to ensure that their guests have a great stay and yet they are so approachable, making time to chat. Breakfast was the best I have had in a long while.

Absolutely amaaaazing 💫. The host couple are phenomenal and inspirational in every way, I could've spent a week just interacting with them...so so special. The combination of decor, personalized touches, comfort, info shared, kindness, incredible breakfasts, location and the homely feeling were incredible. We travel a lot and this ranks right at the top. I am a leg amputee but don't seek special treatment so before we got there, they didn't know. We unpacked and went out the 1st evening and when we returned, they had put a shower chair into the shower 🥰🥰🥰

An absolutely incredible stay with Willemien and Stewart. Everything you can possibly want when staying away from home. Their attention to every detail to ensure your stay is wonderful went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot wait for our next visit! We did not want to leave.

Fabulous Hosts. The best breakfast we have ever had. Michelin Star Standards. Food all cooked and prepared by host. Huge well equipped bathroom. Wonderful comfy bed. Great view from bedroom.
